Here's an example of the PDF packages I have in mind to create.

Project 1 PDF Package

If you keep the packages in your My Documents folder on your hard drive, you can use Adobe Acrobat to search all the PDFs on your computer. You probably need to have Adobe Acrobat 8 in order to take full advantage of the PDF package. In order to view the original Word Document you just open the PDF and click the paper clip on the left side of the screen. This opens the PDF attachments. Then just click the document.
